Role Summary:
The Healthcare CLP EID program 2019 is designed to select great young talents for HC commercial leadership program in 2020. We are expecting those who have strong interest in Healthcare industry, and with huge passion in commercial career. During the internship, EIDs will have chance to build deep understanding of Healthcare industry and front line commercial jobs, by experiencing real challenges with support from managers and mentors.

Essential Responsibilities:
Deeply involved in commercial jobs, including but not limited to:
1. Customer visit, understanding customer needs, fixing customer problems;
2. Coordinate internal teams to drive sales process;
3. Participate marketing research projects, provide suggestions to sales/product managers;
4. Support customer/ academic forums, meetings, trainings;

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Students to graduate between September 2019 and July 2020;
2. Bachelor and above, with medical, Bio-Engineering, business majors preferred;
3. Basic understanding of Healthcare industry, strong desire in commercial career, willing to take challenges;
4. Excellent logical thinking and problem solving ability;
5. Team spirit and willing to lead;
6. Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Mandarin;
7. At least 2 months full time internship (July and Aug 2019 is preferred. Otherwise special arrangement need to be made.)
