岗位描述:
Oversee planning and execution of online and offline marketing activities for Global Remittance business, with goals of building brand and awareness, and driving C2C transactions of designated remittance corridors.

• Develop marketing strategy for designated remittance customer segments (ex. Chinese, Filipinos, Bangladeshi, Pakistanis, Indian migrants).
• Build and drive Ant Financial Global Remittance Facebook page and oversee content editorial calendar.
• Define campaign goals and detail plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive campaign and brand awareness via promotion, social media, local communities, and partner channels.
• Lead offline marketing events, responsibilities include: campaign planning, co-work with stakeholders on implementation strategies and execution, cost negotiation and budget management, onsite event management.
• Create online and offline marketing campaign materials, promotion design.
• Manage KOLs and local community group forums to drive user engagement.
• Setup campaign tracking and analyze performance, produce post-campaign summary and highlights, and follow-up on improvement actions.
• Work closely with our partner teams, PR, GR, agencies, procurement to achieve business goals.

岗位要求:
7-20 years of relevant work experience in online and offline channel marketing and branding. Direct working experience and associated language proficiency in one of the target customer segments is a major plus.

• Extensive mobile and social media marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study.
• Demonstrated success in project management, with strong attention to details.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Superior oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
• Location base in Shanghai or Hangzhou preferred. Other potential locations: HK, Singapore.
