Job Description
Primary Responsibilities: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the job requirements at the time it was prepared. 1. Customer Education program management:
 Be patient centric: in-depth understanding of patient journey and moment of truth, identify unmet patient needs, physician needs on patient education, identify patient support opportunities from professional angle of view;
 Understand the goal and objective of Business Unit, actively involve with customer planning, strategic planning and CSP(customer support program)/PEP strategy development;
 Well understand customer insight and needs, to design, develop, implement and evaluate customer education program according to TA PEP strategy.
 Develop relevant education materials.
 Budget planning and manage relevant program OPEX accountable under control.
 Good cross-functional work, and good command of medical quality, E&C, patient safety, privacy policy, SOPs and guidance, ensure all PEP programs full compliance with global and local standards, guidance and procedures.
 Identify and maintain the relationship between Lilly and HCPs, third parties, such as academic association in order to deliver high quality patient education programs.
 Make sure all programs align with company policies and procedures.

2. Training Management:
 To develop training materials related with PEP tool for PE and external party on boarding training and refresh training and coordinate other funcational training (AE/PC,E&C,Privacy,ect) arrangement for PE field force.
 To develop annual training plan and coordinating cross function team and facilitating all the centralized training course.
 To review the script,escalation and F&Q for PE and external parties.

3. Standards and Inspection Readiness
 Ensure SOPs are well understood across the affiliate(s), leading and providing clarification on local implementation
 Supports the developments of global SOPs to ensure alignment with local laws and regulations

Purpose:
The purpose of Medical Education manager role is to design, develop and evaluate patient / HCPs education programs; and support China Patient Education Programs (PEP) team assessment and training programs.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
1,Bachlelor degree and above is preferred
2, 2 years experience in Patient education or pharmaceutical marketing .
3,MKT experience is preferred
4,Project management experience is preferred
5,Well organized and continuous improvement mindset
6,Excellent learning agility
7,Excellent cross-function and team-working skills
