The China Engineering Manager reports to the CEO – Cinetic Automation China and be responsible for executing the following: directing the engineering team of Fives Cinetic China.

The China Engineering Manager also actively supports engineering support for Fives Cinetic Corp. (U.S.), Fives Cinetic SA (France) & Fives Conveying (France) as required.

Requirements 岗位要求

• Major in automation, or Mech-electronic, or electrical engineering with Bachelor’s degree.

• 5+ years of technical experience in automation industry or equivalent.

• 2 years project management experience.

• Willing to work under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including English.

• Strong analytical skills and computer skills.

• Willingness to travel.

• Implement engineering function budget and plan, and monitor the achievement of the budget..

• Identify cost reduction/continuous improvement project opportunity in routine job, prepare next year's work plan and yield/cost saving targets for manager's approval at the end of every year.

• Review project progress on a weekly basis with managment; resolve project issues; and periodically provide progress report to manager in order to ensure assigned projects are meet time, project budget and quality requirements.

• Daily/weekly meetings to analyze the current process improvement issues, quality issue and provide recommendations, execute root cause analysis and process improvement plan, monitor and sign off update for FMEA, change control and control plan, monitor the progress and provide technical support in order to improve product quality, reduce cost and achieve production and material localization.

• Provide leadership for maximum employee commitment, retention, & development. Build a technically competent and flexible organization.

• Responsible for scheduling all engineers to specific projects and responsibilities.

• Analyze customer complains to identify root cause of quality issues; determine and implement corrective/preventive actions; and provide data and evidence to facilitate corrections report in order to prevent the similar quality issues in the future.

• Works with the sales and proposal team and provides to them initial engineering estimates to be used in quotations delivered to the customer.

• Provides monthly project review reports showing the current status of evert project, both financially and operationally.

• As a Senior Leader, must uphold the tenants of the Fives Way, Quality Policy & practices, & Fives’high safety & environmental standards. Must understand and respect the laws and cultures in the countries which Fives conducts business.
