Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement annual budget and business plans to meet or even exceed the financial and non-financial KPIs as approved by management


• Support the Board of Directors in formulating business policies and plans


• Set goals and develop strategies for business development of Adult’s apparel through new product development, new customer and market development


• Monitor the business performance and take remedial actions when necessary


• Supervise work from product development, sourcing, costing to bulk production and logistics


• Organize regular review meetings with the sales, merchandising, purchasing and production teams and build an environment for higher productivity


• Coordinate with Manufacturing and other departments to ensure customer orders to be completed on time and up to requirements


• Recruit, develop and motivate employees so as to maintain an effective talent pool


• Source and make recommendations on vendors, including materials suppliers and production subcontractors


• Ensure and maintain high customer satisfaction, and participate in resolving problems or complaints from customers, if any

Requirements

• Form 5 or above


• At least 15 years’ relevant experience in the sales and manufacturing of Adult wear (preferably in woven garments / outer wear / jackets / bottoms)


• Strong, leadership, self-motivated, high level of integrity, good team player, sophisticated interpersonal skills with all levels


• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua


• Good communication and presentation skills


• Willing to travel
