Job Description: HR Assistant
Position Title: HR assistant
Reports to: Human Resource Manager
Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative support of updating HR process and policy drafts to meet local requirements
- Work with HR Manager and Recruiter to maintain recruiting database
- Schedule interviews, collect necessary paperwork and on board candidates
- Support of employee confirmation letters and contracts
- Create and maintain employee files and records
- Support new hire orientations and onboarding as needed
- Update and maintain employee changes for new hires, change of status forms and processing terminations
- Provide administrative support to staff
- Ability to perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor degree, better for HR or Accounting major.
Experience:
- 1-3 years HR working experience
Additional Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications, and Licenses:
- Good command of English verbal, reading and writing
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work independently
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
