Founded in 1902, High School Affiliated to Nanjing Normal University is one of the most selective schools in Jiangsu Province, and has been enjoying great popularity in China. Known by the abbreviation NSFZ, which stands for “Nanjing Shida Fu Zhong” in Chinese, the school is designated by the nation Jiangsu provisional government as a Key School and one of the 10 Model Schools of Chinese Fundamental Education. Its teachers, many of whom have advanced degrees, consistently win provincial awards for teaching excellence. The vast majority of graduates attend leading universities in China, but approximately 8 percent choose to enroll abroad. The school provides two curriculums to its students---Chinese National Curriculum and IB diploma program since July 2007 which is taught in English.

Description of Position:
* Following Chinese school calendar (2 semesters for one academic year), with summer break and winter break
* Teaching DP local (non-English native speakers) /or Pre-IB (Grade 10) students, small class size and a workload of 20 periods (40 mins each) at most every week
* Collaborating with other IBDP teachers in terms of EE, TOK, CAS, etc.
* Attending faculty meeting and parents meeting when necessary

 Have TESOL certificate or high school teaching experience

 Be able to manage class effectively and get students involved
