Position title: Manager, Corporate Housing 企业住房经理

Reports to: Director, Operations – TBC whether Relo or RE side

Location: Shanghai 上海

Role Type: Full time 全职



Position Summary 职位概述

Manager, Corporate Housing will manage corporate housing programs for corporate housing providers and may be in direct contact with guests/assignees. The Manager acts as liaison for the client in day to day operations/caseload management, processes all requests for housing and provides housing options to the client. The Manager is also responsible for sourcing viable housing options in the marketplace and working with the DSC network to locate such options. On going file level customer service on current caseload.

企业住房经理将会为企业住房提供者管理企业住房项目,有可能会直接联系客人/住客。企业住房经理将在日常工作中联系客户关于运营/待处理项目的管理,实施所有企业住房的要求并提供客户房屋选项。企业住房经理也将负责在市场上搜索可供选择的房屋选项,并和DSC网络一起确定这些选项。为现有的待处理项目提供持续的文档客户服务。


Responsibilities 工作职责

The responsibilities of Manager, Corporate Housing include: 企业住房经理的工作职责包括以下:


  • 80% - Standard, Manager: handle a caseload for Corporate Housing services 标准管理,处理企业住房服务的待处理案件(80%)


  • 10% - Escalation Issues: Provide escalation file level support for client, properties and provider issues

逐步扩大业务:为客户,房产和提供者提供逐步扩大业务的支持。(10%)


  • 5% - Accounting Reporting: Disseminate relevant information to the accounting team for a/p and client billing as well 财务报告: 为财务团队发布a/p和客户账单相关的信息。(5%)


  • 5% - Other duties as assigned: Perform other activities such as reporting, additional location research etc. 其他布置的工作任务:完成其他工作,比如报告,其他地址调研等。


Tasks include but are not limited to: 工作任务包括但不限于以下:


  • Accepting new requests from client, confirming order receipt within specific timeline从客户那里接收新的要求,在规定的时间内确认订单。

  • Logging the information into database to track new orders 把相关信息输入数据库跟踪新订单。

  • Searching database for options, completing area research, potentially working with DSCs if needed 搜寻数据库提供选项,完成地域调研,如果需要将会和DSCs合作。

  • If new properties/options discovered, capturing this info in database 如果有发现新的房产/选项,输入相关信息到数据库。

  • Reaching out to properties, hotels, CH companies, private landlords to check availability, obtain pricing details, certain level of price negotiations expected 调研地产,酒店,CH公司,各人业主的可行性,获取价格明细,并进行价格沟通。

  • Preparing communication to client to provide options within specific timeline 在规定时间内准备选项并和客户沟通。

  • Prepare, complete, update all documents as required by client (options, reservations, move in documents, property profiles etc.) 根据客户要求准备,完成,更新所有的文档(包括选项,预定,搬入文件,房产介绍等)。

  • Provide one point of contact for customer via phone, e-mail and possibly in person when showing options 通过电话,邮件或者面对面的联系给客户,为客户提供选项。

  • Follow up and follow thru on all leads, turn leads to reservations, close leads 跟进所有的询价, 将询价转变成预定,完成报价.

  • Work with the property/vendor on completing paperwork for approved reservations 和房产/供应商合作完成批准的预定的文档工作。

  • Submit information to client, update system/database inclusive of accounting submissions required 为客户提供信息,更新系统/数据库,包括需要的财务文件。

  • Provide customer service support during stays 在客户居住期间提供客户服务。

  • Follow up with the property prior to guest’s arrival and after guest’s stay 在客人到达和客人入住后提供财产。

  • Follow up with guest on departure confirmations 根据客人的搬迁确认。

  • Process all extensions with client, property and guest whenever applicable 在适合的时候为客户,业主和客人提供相关服务。

  • Work on move out issues/process damage claims 跟进搬出业务/进行损坏说明。

  • Set up inventory units by organizing furniture, utilities, maid service etc. – file vendor oversight

为单元准备家具,公用工程,打扫服务等-存档供应商监管。


Qualifications: 学历要求:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred本科学历


Required Experience: 工作经验要求:

  • 3 to 5 years in an office environment 三到五年办公室工作经验。

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English 流利的中文和英文沟通能力。

  • Excellent computer skills and able to learn new technology and software applications 优秀的计算机能力,并能学习新的技术和软件应用。


Preferred Experience: 优先考虑的工作经验

  • International travel experience, understanding of cultural differences and experiences working with people from various cultures 国际旅游业的工作经验,了解中外文化差异,有和各种文化的外籍人士沟通的经验。
