Position Overview

JOB PURPOSE:

To increase sales for assigned accounts in accordance with corporate objectives

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Performance to Budget

2. Enhance relationship at assigned accounts

3. Level of account penetration and coverage on assigned accounts

4. Future's Value Added Services deployed at customer

5. Coordination with Regional Account Mgr and Global Account Mgr on assigned accounts

JOB CONTENT (PRIMARY & SECONDARY FUNCTIONS):

1. Meet or exceed sales target and company objectives.

2. Manage, maintain and grow assigned customer base.

3. Develop a clear understanding of customer business: products, services and organization

4. Participate in coordinating Regional/Global Quote and Cost Down exercises.

5. Consistently follow-up on all bidding RFQs/Buys.

6. Identify and involve all Registration Parts in bidding RFQs

7. Get involved in all Transfer Business inbound or outbound.

8. Ensure split and HOF forms are prepared and submitted for all transferred programs.

9. Negotiate and close business with customer.

10. Meet commitments made and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.

11. Communicate on an on-going basis with Inside Sales to ensure Customer Profile and all activities information is updated.

12. Work with the TSM team as needed to ensure Future maximize design efforts in those customers that have design engineers.

13. Identify the CM's end customers and initiate "Back to the Future" requests where the ROI is adequate.

14. Review RFQs from customers and manage customer expectation based on the information available from the quote request.

15. Work closely with marketing to ensure all relevant criteria have been considered prior to issuing a quote.

CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in sales related subjects

EXPERIENCE

At least 5 years of experience in sales.
