Primary Purpose

IAM is responsible for design, implementation and daily management of the Directory Services technologies, mainly of the Identity Lifecycle Manager / MIM together with ADAM and AD LDS. Active Directory, and other services participating in the authentication infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide troubleshooting and consulting support to applications and business.

In addition to day to day work, the candidate will also be involved in initiatives as project leader or technical resource in order to participate on creating and deploying new solutions or to improve existing ones.

Responsibilities & Duties

? Design and implement directory service, single sign on and MFA solutions.

? Run operations of the Identity Management infrastructure and support problem solving for directories, applications and other solutions owned by the Directory Services team, lead the problem management for recurrent or complex issues.

? Own, manage, improve and document all operational procedures in regards of the company’s provisioning system for synchronizing and maintaining Identities.

? Stand as a point of contact for all other system owners contributing on the Identity management processes.

? Contribute to the development of Identity Management automation processes to support daily operations and gathering of performance data.

? Support Identity Management initiatives by taking responsibility for the effective deployment and usage of assigned resources including vendor resource and ensuring they are completed within planned timescales and resource estimates.

? Manage the relationship with business and handle stakeholder communication; listen to business and bring feedback to Directory Services team discussion. Attend business communication meetings to present team’s initiatives and project material. Provide operational trainings to partners and business units in accordance to the company’s standards.

? Follow all set procedures and policies pertaining to the Change Management system.

Technical Skills, Experience, and Educational Background

? Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent by experience.

? At least 5 years of relevant practical experience managing Identity Management and Directory Services on Microsoft platform.

? Expertise of Identity Lifecycle Manager, MIM, ADAM, AD LDS and Active Directory.

? Knowledge of SQL database and T-SQL syntax.

? Understanding of security concepts related to Public Key Infrastructures.

? Experience with implementation of backup / restore and disaster & recovery strategies.

? Are considered as a plus:

o Experience with Incident & Request management workflows (e.g. ITSM, Remedy).

o Understanding of CA Siteminder, Identity Manager and Federation Services implementations.

o Microsoft certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCITP (Directory Services related) are appreciated.

o ITIL Foundation certification
