Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:

  • Marketing execution excellence: promotion model, KPI management and standardization
  • Speaker development and management.
  • Customer promotion strategy development across different channels.
  • Local marketing management.
  • Leveraging the Marketing Excellence thinking from global and China to ensure the best practice cascading in DBU.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Implement 5 step process across areas, including identifying working priorities, key hospital development, customer management, action plan, tracking and evaluation, etc.
  • Speaker development plan across central/local/medical, usage and ranking management.
  • Customer segmentation analysis, key customer development strategy, improve coverage through call, activity and digital channels.
  • Local marketing planning and KPI management, activity and budget management, local marketing team capability development.
  • Quarterly analyse business performance by region and review local plans (QRBP).
  • Working with global and CE MEx team to support brand panning. Participate meetings, champion a common consistent Marketing language throughout the organisation.
  • Coordinator of Multi-Channel Engagement across brands, ensure digital platform adoption
  • Work with Marketing Director, Finance and CE on resource allocation best practices between brands, channels and project opportunities
  • Serve as BU interface for managing promotion related systems, such as approval systems, tracking systems, etc.
  • Assist compliance to ensure program design and execution follow company policies and standards

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

College degree and above, MBA is preferred

Experience & knowledge:

  • Minimum 8 years marketing management experiences of key brands in MNC
  • Minimum 3 years people management experiences in MNC
  • Passionate about Marketing, Learning, Coaching/Development
  • Strong capabilities in makerting and planning, with successful track record in developing creative and innovative strategies for business development.
  • Experience in cross functions working and budget management.
  • Sales management experience.
  • Fluent English in speaking and writing
