Responsibilities:
-Teach 16.5h to 25h/week + 6-8 office hours per week
-Manage admin (homework, attendance, etc...)
-Attend required trainings (infrequent)
-Team building activities (once a quarter or less)
-Occasional meetings to discuss admin/business logistics
-Provide a safe, orderly classroom experience
-Communicate regularly with TA's (local Chinese staff will assist you during every class)
-Plan and organize lesson plan documentation

**We are working on updating the backend of our business, so other skills beyond teaching will be utilized if you are proficient with tech, video/photo editing, marketing, design, etc... So if you have a broader skillset that should be made clear in your cover letter as it will give you an edge over other applicants**

Salary:

Generally speaking you can make between 8K to 15K/mo, (more in busy seasons) but it will depend on the amount of classes you want to teach and your experience level.
Teachers with experience arrive with little need for training, so they are able to start teaching quickly, and make the choice as to whether they will teach a larger or smaller amount of classes.
