Job Responsibilities
- Lead our selling skills training delivery for our colleagues and dealer network.
- Lead our selling skills/SAM coaching process to the field force, our mgmt. team, and to the dealer network.
- Develop & lead our selling skills best practice exchange and field force communication process leading to faster application of success practice
- Support our SAM Program by delivering training and tailored workshops to our colleagues and Customers.
- Develop and lead Customer(SA) specific training as identified and validated through our selling skills approach
Qualifications
- Education/Degree Requirements: Bachelor of science degree
- Major: open
- Language skills& proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese and English including public speaking and written communication & excellent organizational skills
- Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies):
- A minimum of seven years’ experience in the animal health industry or in a field force training role.
- Minimum 5 years sales related experience in the field
- Candidate must be skilled in communication, organization, planning, meeting facilitation, be team oriented and have the ability to have impact on people without authority.
