This dynamic position in Human Resources will focus on managing all human resource
functions in Taiwan. All HR functions such as recruiting, policy development, employee communication, compensation, benefits and training/development are included in the scope of this assignment.

Job Duties:

  • Recruits through placement of job openings, conducting job interviews, monitor recruitment targets to ensure open position is filled in a targeted period.

  • Drives annual Training Needs Analysis to address individual training needs.

  • Administers approved training applications/ agreements/ bonds. Develop & implement training deployment process.

  • Coach/facilitate internal courses for business managers.

  • Leads Maxim’s Performance management (Focal Review) program in Taiwan, to ensure the quality and completion by corporate deadline.

  • Leads Employee Survey administration for location and supports business managers on the communication of results & action plans completion.

  • Analyzes compensation and offers offers to ensure internal and external equity. Participates in compensation and benefits surveys as per corporate direction.

  • Provide input to processes to improve HR operational excellence.

  • Partner with business leaders to review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement in support of business objectives.

  • Supports compliance efforts and manages Employee Relations and investigations.

  • Drives employee experience initiatives to create a best-in-class workplace for Maxim Taiwan employees.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.

  • 5+ years HR Generalist experience, or experience in multinational company.

  • Strong Presentation & facilitation skills.

  • Superior interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and make decisions independently as well as the ability to know when to ask for help

  • Solid understanding of business metrics. Strong PC experience including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Good English language skills.
