Job Description
- Achievement of Promotion target.
- Achievement of Key Sales Performance Indicators.
- Development of professional relationships with Medical Practitioners
- Grow Market Share of Promoted products within assigned territory
- Assist in the design and implement hospital promotion plan through the collaboration with supervisor and marketing colleagues
- Assess territory potential, and develop and implement territory action plan
- Regularly update target customer profile and prioritization
- Build strong relationships and credibility with Medical Practitioners, Nurses and Pharmacists to build product advocacy
- Appropriate use of CRM system to develop and implement required call plan
- Effectively deliver key messages to the right target customers
- Align with supervisor to set working objective and task
- Collect, analyze and report market/competition information on time based on business requirements
- Manage budget plan and execute accordingly based on company policy
- Work closely and collaboratively with other team members
- Keep proactively learning product and disease knowledge and promotion skills to realize continuous self-improvement
- Adhere to the relevant local SOPs, reporting all drug safety or product complaints/counterfeits, within ONE working day
- Attend annual drug safety and product complaints/counterfeit training
