Job Description:

  • Handle employee separation matters, including local and non local employees, and ensure that all the workflow and administrative tasks are smooth and completed.
  • Handle general employee grievances & enquiries.
  • Monitoring public online forums and prepare summary.
  • Handle all employees’ personal information change, pension fund enrollment, and reference check
  • Handle occupational injury according to the internal SOP and follow through.
  • Engage with the employees toward the resolution of grievances and issues and deliver excellence in the employee experience.
  • Create and sustain dialogue with employees in order to understand their needs
  • Understand the needs of the business units from different employee engagement activities and give suggestion to the Manager – HR Partner on people related decision
  • Collect up-to-date market intelligence for analysis and keep the team alerted.
  • Execute ES property role such as supporting property events, roadshows, food festival, administering employee name tag, car pass, typhoon arrangement, transportation, in-house clinic, locker, changing room, dining room, sympathy order, HR counter service operations, notice board, trophy cabinet, management board, and community canvas.
  • Conduct meetings and Counseling sessions to employees, including disciplinary action, grievances, opinion form, excessive sick leave
  • Assist in preparing HR policy trainings to business units
  • Assist to consolidate and prepare reports for Partner teams to maintain a good data base for the team.
  • Assist in different HR-Partner projects under the direction of Manager – HR Partner.
  • Assist in HR and community events whenever is needed.

Job Requirement:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Possess excellent language skills in English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Possess general computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
