Responsibilities

• Responsible for Production safety
• Responsible for production related planning (Layout, labors, facility)
• In charge of the production, ensure quality and delivery to fulfill customer requirement
• As process driver to control all related process and process implement, keep process stabilization and efficient
• Continue improve production efficient
• Ensure employees have capability to match company's growing business
• Build up efficiency team
• Ensuring the target achievement (KPIs)
• Ensure the equipment in good running condition.
• Carry out the rules of EHS, ensure the safety environment and health
• Plan and organize production to provide qualified product to fulfill customer requirement
• Manage production line daily work, analysis and solve the kinds of problem
• Increase the pass rate and control the scrap rate
• Be sure correct production process
• Work shop management 5S control and improvement
• Production KPIs control and improvement
• Training plan and implement for the production employees
• People development and team motivation to reach target
• Responsible for efficiency and capability improvement
• Make forecast plan for production and operation.
• Assist new product transfer

Qualifications

• At least 5 years working experience as supervisor or Manage
• Bechelor degree (or above)
• Good communication, leadship ,problem solving and root cause analyze skills
• Lean production experience
• Fluent English (oral & writing)
• Mechanical industry experience
• Welding management experience
• CNC management experience
• Black belt in lean production
