Main Purpose of the Job
Drive Order Management and Design handling operational performance within a assigned portfolio of customers and work on a continuous improvement approach towards process improvement opportunities
Key Outputs and Measurements

Functional KPIs, development of solutions for system gaps and success of key project activities in the area

Key Relationships
Mainly within MC and within Cluster (SCO functions) and customer
Critical Experience
Requires knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline and some specific technical/operational practices built through limited job experience. 2 years operational experience in the area of expertise
Minimum Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent with 3+ years of experience and / or Master degree (or equivalent) with limited work experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Process internal & external customers’ parts sales orders and quotations
  • Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
  • Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers
  • Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
  • Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures
  • Handle customer claims
  • Generate regular monitoring reports
  • Contribute & commit to continuous improvements
