As Recruitment National CoE Manager, you will report directly to National Recruitment Head to drive various recruitment initiatives and support on critical practice and team management. The main responsibilities include:

Program Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the strategic thinking and successes of recruitment key initiatives / programs level as PMO.
  • Maintaining key internal/external relationships as well as driving the delivery of program will be important.
  • Stay connected in global network and drive the AP/Global program implementation in China Firm
Recruitment Practice Management
  • Lead and closely monitor the recruitment process to make sure process efficiency and the alignment in national implementation
  • Drive sourcing channels effectiveness and manage relationships with critical business partners
  • Manage recruitment infrastructure including recruitment management system, shared service team and budgeting etc.
  • Support National Recruitment Head on the team capability uplift including but not limited to people coaching, performance management and team training.
  • Bachelor or higher degree in human resources, commercial or business related major
  • At least 8 -10 years human resources experience in a sizable multinational organisation with extensive exposure in talent acquisition is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to think strategically and connect the dots with business/talent strategy and priorities, and flex between a big picture view and detailed execution
  • Experience with stakeholder management at all levels and demonstrates strong consultation skills
  • Flexible and able to perform under pressure
  • Strong PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills to enable communication and analysis
