What will be your role?

  • Industry focal point for sales channel to drive business according to the Industry
  • Go To Market strategy in CHINA for A&D.
  • Responsible of A&D Industry sales enablement plan for CHINA: from Where to Sell, to What to sell, to Offer Preparation and Sales Kit, to Demo Planning and tracking.
  • Define the Industry Must list in CHINA and work with the sales team to align sales strategy to DS strategy.
  • Drive the Customer Value Roadmap of Must List clients.
  • Support 3Y plan for GEO and tracks weekly/quarterly industry sales plan.
  • Drives and consolidates Industry pipeline.
    Responsible of analyzing Industry sales coverage and skills as well as define improvement KPIs in reference to DS standards and A&D Industry requirements
  • Formulate recommendations to Sales Management and GEO MD.
  • Support sales channel for RFXs response.

What will be your challenge?
  • PHD, Aerospace Engineer or at least Mechanical engineer, plus MBA education ideally
  • Extensive experience of A&D Industry acquired by working in an OEM preferably, and in Western countries (US, Canada, France, UK, Germany)
  • Experience of complex project in development or in support of sales organization
  • Strong experience in project definition, architecture development and solution deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of A&D Product Life Cycle process (engineering and manufacturing), methods and tools; preferably DS tools, with knowledge of competition.
  • Having existing relation, or having worked with Chinese A&D Industry will be a great differentiator
  • Fluent English and Chinese
