GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:


Support the Sr. HRBP on the HR & Admin related work to support the operation needs on all aspects including recruitment, people development, C&B and employee relation ships, as well as daily admin support and company acitivites and communications; complete the assigned communications or marketing branding related activities to promote company brand.


Specific duties of this position include:

  • Take full charge of admin related issues for Shanghai office and Suzhou plant include below day to day activities:

  • Provide timely support to office and plant required office supplys, include all admin related purchasing coordination; search for, compare and select the qualified vendors and manage their performance according to the requirements

  • Make proper arrangement for all visits’ required logistics arrangement and insure the smoothness of execution

  • Insure the good conditions of office and plant facilities

  • Admin cost recording and reporting, as well as proper management to control it within the budget

  • Support the Sr. HRBP to complete below tasks:

  • Manage the janitors to work properly as per request

  • Organize employee meetings, activities for assigned themes

  • Collect and maintain all employees’ profiles and certificates, and insure all the personal information is updated timely and kept well according to company requirements

  • Collect and record the employees’ attendance to provide the leave record for C&B process preparation.

  • Collect and record the internal and external training records, as well as the training data preparation

  • Support on HR activities for recruits, interviews and participates in the selection process for filling vacancies as assigned

  • Conduct the on-board process for new employees and provide orientation trainings and coordinate for the departmental orientations;

  • Provide support on company branding and communication tasks:

  • Collect all marketing related informations and manage them into a easy-reachable resource data;

  • Support all sales needed events

    • Organize the related customer activities include but not limited to distributer and EPC conferences, exhibitions, industrial conferences, etc.

    • Search for, collect and share the marketing latest information based on the needs from sales

  • Work closely with sales team to collectively establish targeted sales and marketing programs to maximize penetration of Garlock products into key markets, customers & channels

  • Work with all relative parties to insure the promotion activities are implemented and achieving the targets:

    • Execute development of China e-commerce site to support changing business environment with both internal resources and external vendor

    • Develop social media and digital marketing platform, ensuring full integration with all other efforts across company’s portfolio

    • Organize seminars/roadshows/exhibitions/sales promotion

  • Coordinate with internal related departments (sales, technical, etc) vendors on things like design, editing of the brochures, branding posters, online posters, and exhibition posters.

  • Work closely with Global Marketing Communications Team to ensure brand identity is consistent across the globe

  • Maintain & edit the Wechat articles

  • Support the other tasks assigned by leaders.


    Communication Role:


    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS degree in Business, Media or Administration major.

  • Good knowledge of marketing branding, with 2 years + administration management experience.

  • Good experience in organizating events and tradeshows

  • Good sense of aesthetic perception for manufacturing industry branding

  • Be familiar with writing dobuments to support promotion strategy

  • Pro-active and creative thinker for employee & communication related work

  • Skill in cross-functional collaboration

  • Fluent in oral and written English
