A+ Studio is a new boutique design studio which was funded by Terry Cai who has 27 years experience in architectural industry internationally and locally. “A” is to present A passion of being outstanding, A team of being creative, sensitive,serious and persistence. We specialize in tailor made house/apartments, boutique hotel, crossover retail and entertainment. The studio is already engaged and complete several projects and win international and domestic awards i.e Melbourne 1+1 House , Shanghai Yanjiyou crossover bookstore and ongoing Shanghai Lecircle Club.

Responsibilities:

• Associate with Terry developing concept to schematic and design development.
• Review documentation
• Coordination with consultants
• Communication with project team of client
• Young designer advisement and guiding

Requirements:

• Design sensitive and desire of turning design into real
• Highly responsible and serious management skill to associate with chief designer
• Knowledge of full process of design and communication skill with consultants
• Skillful of CAD and SU/3D modeling
