Your new responsibilities

Plans and contributes to product development activities at all stages.- Creates and develops products including shape, color and size, prepares sketches, designs layouts, and prepares calculations for product specifications. Utilizes CAD equipment. Completes prototypes for testing and provides technical assistance on design feasibility. Reviews results to determine that products perform adequately. Completes cost calculations, standardization of materials, components and assemblies. Maintains records of all inventive ideas, designs, and basic improvements. Completes product documentation. Contributes to vendor identification. Confer with engineering, marketing, production, sales departments, or with customers, to establish and evaluate design concepts for manufactured products. May design graphic material for use as ornamentation, illustration, or advertising.

What we look for

Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree + some related experience. Solid knowledge of the theoretical foundation in a technical field or method, with a focus on growing practical experiences.
