Your tasks and responsibilities:
- To ensure SHS EHS procedure and process are implemented into assigned projects.
- To ensure all assigned projects EHS plans are reviewed and approved by qualified EHS team.
- Be responsible for coaching approved EHS plan implementation.
- To provide project EHS month report.
- To conduct EHS audit as needed to ensure compliance with SHS EHS Guideline.
- To provide support on project bidding and tende.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all incidents and near misses are immediately reported and that appropriate investigation and follow up is undertaken.
- Be willing to travel to visit sites and offices.
- Trains management and employees.
Your qualifications and experience:
- 10 year+ EHS Leader in construction projects
- Working experience Multinational company is required
- Working experience with Seimens is preferred plus
- Colleage and/or above in Engineering or OHS
