    Human Resources Executive, Travel Retail China

    Description

  • Provide recruitment support to TR China-HR Manager in CV screen, and will eventually be assigned for managerial level-bellow’s interview/hiring;
  • Work closely with TR China-HR Manager in employee relations and coordinate all aspects of administration during an employee life-cycle including preparing contracts & offers, processing changes in conditions of employment and processing leaving formalities.
  • Manage onboarding process for all TR China new hires, assisting with the post-selection process including reference check and other relevant pre-employment check; TR-related policies/expense claim/system operation communication, onboarding & buddy program alignment, China Aff/TR/Regional orientation modules etc.
  • Routine report update, including hiring status report, office & field organization chart update, internal/external posting update, PDP forms & probation evaluation forms collection, incentive/bonus payout forms collection;
  • Vender general management and arrange service fee settlement if any;
  • Ensure integrity and completeness of critical documents and records within the HR repositories as well as hard-copy filing.
  • Qualifications

  • This position will be based in Shanghai office;
  • Experienced recruiter, within the cosmetics industry will be preferred;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral – English and Mandarin
  • Patience and attention to details;
  • Team player and willingness to learn
  • Advanced Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills.
