Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to join a global organisation and take the next step in your career?

As part of our dynamic and energetic Human Resources team, this is a true end to end generalist role where you will make a real lasting impact, partnering with the business to develop and implement programs to improve people and organisational capability. Reporting to the HR Director, this position will be based in our Shanghai Office

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing strategic and operational support to the China leadership team across all facets of HR including workforce planning, talent management, recruitment, employee relations, engagement, diversity, recognition and development

• Advising leaders on effective people programs to influence the culture and performance of the business

• Coaching managers to develop their teams through capability uplift and engagement

• Leading the continuous improvement and enhancement of HR services

• Identifying strategies to address people related business needs

• Supporting leaders to develop business cases for change and managing change effectively

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources

• Significant HR generalist experience, ideally within a corporate environment

• Demonstrated success in providing strategic long-term solutions to a business

• The confidence to lead and facilitate discussion resulting in value added solutions

• A strategic approach with a strong outcomes focus

• The ability to challenge and influence senior leaders

• In depth knowledge of HR policies, practices and legislation in China

• A self-starter, curious and able to work confidently and autonomously
