主要职责Key Responsibilities：

？ 负责北京公司环境管理体系的建立、运行维护，使其符合中国相关法律法规要求。

Responsible for establishment and maintain the Environmental management system in accordance with China Environmental legal requirement.

？ 编写和更新安全、环境管理程序文件，使其符合法律法规要求。

Write or revise procedures on Safety、environment, to assure that our management system is being in compliance with laws and regulations.

？ 负责北京公司危险废物，废水废气等管理，确保所有排放物符合法律规定。

Responsible for management of hazardous waste air emissions water etc. to assure that all the emissions are being in compliance with t laws and regulations.

？ 组织车间进行EHS相关风险辨识和评估并建立相应（消除，替代，工程，管理及PPE）的控制措施。

Organize EHS risk identification assessment and implement countermeasures (elimination substation engineering administration PPE) to reduce risk in workshop.

？ 使用JSA&4E工具和其他DBS工具，帮助车间提升EHS管理水平。

Apply JSA&4E tool and other DBS tools (4E, Kamishibai layered-audit, EHS calendar),to help the workshop to improve the EHS management level.

？ 追踪每月的EHS KPI各项指标的实施情况，定期更新EHS日常管理看板。

Tracking indicators of EHS KPI monthly, updating EHS daily management board regularly.

？ 通过组织安全日常巡查,发现潜在的风险问题,制定改善建议,跟进落实。

Organize regular area inspection to discover potential hazard risk, make improvement advice and follow up the implementation.

？ 定期策划、组织、开展EHS活动，以提高员工的安全意识,行为等。

Plan organize and develop EHS activities, reinforce the awareness and action of employee.

？ 组织策划EHS应急演练，并记录总结相关情况。

Organize and devise EHS emergency rehearsals, record relative situations.

？ 参加改善，指导帮助改善小组评估EHS风险。

Participate KAIZAN, lead and help KAIZAN group to assess EHS risk.

？ 监督检查各个部门的安全、环境管理等制度的执行和落实情况。

Oversee the implementation of Safety、environment procedures.

？ 建立和维护EHS沟通交流渠道包括海报、手册、简报和Lotus数据库，提升EHS文化。

Establish and maintain effective EHS communication channel including Potty Poster, brochure, newsletter or Lotus Database to ensure EHS Promotion.

？ 参与新项目与EHS相关的管理，使之符合合规性要求。

Take part in management of new project related to EHS, ensure everything is in compliance with t laws and regulations.

？ 参与制定培训计划，负责员工培训工作，包括新员工三级安全教育、月度专项培训（法规培训、公司程序文件）、承包商的培训。

Participate in developing training Plan，responsible for providing 3 Level training and monthly specialized topic training as local law or company requirements and coordinate external training for Pall Employee and Contractors.

？ 协助安全和环境事故的通报和调查及事后改进与预防措施的验证。

Assist with accident investigation of safety and environment, supervise and validate the improvement and correction actions.

？ 收集和统计EHS数据，完成月度报表上报Global。

Collecting Site EHS Performance Data and completed monthly Site Report for global reporting.

？ 参与接待政府相关部门人员的检查，追踪与EHS相关的整改项目，提交整改报告；

Interface with inspection lead by government, follow up improvement actions related to EHS, deliver corrective action report.

？ 其它突发事情或经理要求、委派的项目。

Perform other incidental duties and project work as required and assigned

任职资格 Position Qualification Requirement：

？ 专业背景和资历素质 Education & Professional Background

本科及以上学历，机械或环境/安全相关专业

Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or safety/ Environmental related

？ 相关工作经验 Relevant Experience

2年以上EHS 相关工作经验

Over 2 years of EHS experience

？ 语言技能 Language Skills

英语听说读写流利

Fluent in English
