Top 3-5 Accountabilities

Lead the team to deliver the AOP

  • maintain strong relationship with customers, distributors and VIP consumers
  • identify business development opportunity and expand the coverage of Diageo product in Sichuan all channels

Have leadership responsibilities to build a strong Sales team in Sichuan

  • Build and coach the team to make sure you have ONE team to deliver business plan
  • Coach, engage and develop team
  • Build strong discipline in the team to make sure team members achieve commercial standard

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • You have above 8+ years sales experience in alcohol industry, either spirits or beer
  • You demonstrate strong business acumen
  • You have strong Change Management Capability
  • As a natural communicator, you’ll build strong interpersonal networks within Diageo as well as customers and consumers and have the ability to manage stakeholders
  • You are resilient
  • You are comfortable challenging the status quo and being challenged
  • You have good thinking and problems solving skill
  • You have solid Route To Market management and development experience
  • You have excellent analytical capability and are able to find insights and make decision based on data
