Job Description

Requirements:

  • Bacheor’s Degree in Accountant or Finance
  • Proficient in Exce, PPT; SAP experience is a plus
  • Excelent Language skills; both verbal and written
  • Excelent teamwork, communication, & business partnering skills
  • Abiity to forge strong and effective working relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups
  • Abiity to work independently, under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Fexibility towards continually changing environment and reporting needs


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Planning & Reporting:

  • Prepare actua cost trend analysis by section and cost performance tracking against the plan/target in a monthly basis.
  • Monthy review of reported cost to ensure consistent capture of data to enable internal and external benchmarking efforts.
  • Work cosely with cross-functional team to deliver complete, concise, and consistent review of financial analysis and benchmarking
  • Quartery review and analysis of projected process costs and comparison to prior plan(s) and established goals and benchmarks.
  • Support the business panning cycle through data analysis and participation in the budget process.


Financial Analysis:

  • Prepare, anayze and present analyses to support site operational decisions; to include quantitative analysis of cost vs. benefits of financial projects, NPV and ROI for capital spend, etc.
  • Ongoing support of management information requests and specia projects as assigned by management.
  • Ensure ongoing consistency and reevance of data that is made available to Manufacturing management.
  • Continuous review of financia analysis methods and tools; implement improvements as needed in order to improve the quality of analysis
  • Understanding and abiity to articulate financial concepts/analyses; attention to detail and be able to tailor the presentation/level of details appropriately
  • Continuousy work to improve the coordination and communication among site & global finance teams.


Accounting and Compliance:

  • Inventory management
  • Folow Sox compliance in daily work
  • Guide the expense owner to folow the accounting policy and procedure
  • Pass audit interna and external
