Job Description

Support the Marketing Supervisor with campaign delivery across the event portfolio including:
Email campaigns with an emphasis on testing and optimization
Manage and update the website as required
Online and digital marketing including social media- using analytics from Google Analytics, PPC, SEO and any other relevant programmes to ensure maximum effectiveness of web activity


Regular feedback to Marketing Supervisor on campaign effectiveness and response analysis: Analyse booking patterns and trends throughout the execution of each campaign Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content Work with internal teams to feed in to the development marketing related systems


At least 2 years’ experience in an events marketing role or similar

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Strong attention to detail

Excellent communication skills – ability to negotiate with speakers, and maintain professional internal and external relationships Good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PPT

A mature attitude. Good at problem solving, comes up with solutions rather than problems

Bachelor degree, major related to Medical Science or engineering is a plus


  • Be responsible for conference during the exhibition:
    Produce content of conference according to focused topics in the industry and do some researches
    Invite speakers and communicate topics with speakers

    In charge of the onsite work of conference such as preparing printing materials, reception of speakers, etc

    Work with internal ops team to arrange transportation and accommodation of speakers within budget
    Do conference report after show
