• Work in Shanghai and lead team member in Greater China offices;
• Set up short-term and long-term IT plans, including technical support objectives, IT budget, projects and department running plans;
• Perform system analysis, design, implementation and maintenance to make sure all the Information Systems data of offices in greater China are in normal running state
• Be responsible for leading application team to test and implement network applications, to make sure they are in a reliable running states;
• Conduct necessary system documentation to make sure it's integrated and updated;
• Develop local IT teams and provide necessary training and couching for the team members;
• Communication and collaboration with IT personnel at corporate headquarters.
• First-level IT support (applications and infrastructure) for Greater China user community
• Maintain and enhance local IT infrastructure (networks, servers, workstations, phone systems) in all office locations in Greater China

1.Bachelor degree or above , major in computer science, at least 8 years working experience in IT field with at least 5 years IT management experience. Working experiences in large multinational company is preferred.

2. Ability to manage other team members.

3. Strong ability to analyze problem and trouble-shooting.

4. Good communication.

5. Good English, both written and Oral.

9. Good service concept. Professional requirements

1. Has strong IT technical background, such as network infrastructure construction, network monitoring & optimization, database administration and software development;

2. Familiar with Microsoft Dynamic AX 2012 system, ERP, Salesforce and Windows 07 and MS SQL ;

3. Proficiency in Cisco network equipment, like router and switch. Be familiar with WAN connection and TCP/IP protocol;

4. Be familiar with key network applications

5. Has good experience on network security, like firewall, WSUS, anti-virus tools;
