Role Summary: 根据设备和能力负荷编制生产计划,工装计划,工艺评定计划;
Prepare production plan, tooling plan and WPQR/BPQR based on factory equipment and load capacity.
Essential Responsibilities: 参与项目执行团队配合项目经理执行项目,将生产信息,需求与项目其他环节进行沟通协调。
Participate in project team, cooperate project manager with project execution, communicate and coordinate with project team with manufacturing information and requirement.

根据生产计划编制生产作业准备清单,检查跟踪图纸工艺、 原材料、工装、配合件、生产订单号完成情况,以确保生产计划的按期执行;
Provide Fabrication Preparation Check List, to check and follow-up the status of drawing, travellers, main materials, toolings, attachments and PMX Production Order to ensure the execution of project production plan on time.

对项目生产计划的进度定期跟踪,每周下发项目生产周进度报告,对项目的生产进度以及受资料、工艺、工装、材料 (含配合件、外购件) 影响的状况进行及时跟踪、通报。
Weekly follow-up project production progress and report to project team and workshops for mitigation plan for issues caused by drawing, process, toolings and mateirals (incl. attachments).

根据项目计划要求及综合考虑工厂总体负荷, 制定生产车间月度生产计划, 并进行月度跟踪、检查、考核。
In line with Project Plan and taking into account the factory load chart, prepare monthly production plan to workshops, follow-up the implementation of plan and conduct the assessment if any variance caused delay.

按照财务月度结帐要求,产品完工入库后,向财务部提供产品完工通知单,并及时关闭生产订单。
Provide Product Completion Notification to Finance after warehousing of finished products and close out the SAP-PMX in time.

记录项目执行过程中的经验,在项目执行完成后分享项目的lesson & learn。
Make records of success/failure experience of project execution, share lesson & learn by the end of project.
Qualifications/Requirements: •Education / Experience
教育背景及工作经验
大专以上学历,热动,机械或管理相关专业,从事制造技术,管理相关工作3年以上
College degree or above, majored in thermal power, mechanical or management related, over 3 years relevant working experience in industry manufacturing.

Able to read and write in English.
能进行基本的英文听,说交流。
Basic communication by English.
