YOUR ROLE

This position is important for ensuring the smooth facilitation and processing of customer shipments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for all arrangements for shipment handling for heavy lift and oversized cargo
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of relevant documentation
• Provide assistance with spot quotations and data for tender documents
• Complete all administrative activities relating to local services such as trucking, warehousing and cargo survey
• Take appropriate corrective and preventive actions on customer complaints

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

Ideally, you should have ideally 2 years of work experience in air or seafreight. You are familiar with oversized and overweight cargo transportation, and are able to handle high volume tasks.
