Work you'll do:

• Build an in-depth knowledge of the medical institution‘s business and propose specific solutions to assist project managers in formulating project proposals.
• Under the leadership of the project manager, responsible for implementation of medical related service projects, including risk management and internal control, medical institution process management, financial management, performance management and optimization.
• Assist project manager to communicate with customers, organize and implement project, present the project result to the client.
• Responsible for project management, including quality, time and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, medical school background is preferred.
• Medical institution with 5-10 years' work experience, experienced in medical institution process, finance and human resource management is preferred or
• Health care and life science consulting firm with 2-5 years' work experience, experienced in medical institution operational and system management or Hospital accreditation.
• Project leader experience is preferred.
