1. Act as CME’s finance partner by providing fact based comprehensive analysis and insights to support critical business decision making (NEW):

1.1 Initiate comprehensive analysis, involving CME, FP&A, Sarbox and Internal Control team, focus the distribution fees policy and distributor credit management, and provide the insights to FITAP VP and CME VP, by

1) Modelling setup, tuning and feasibility testing

2) Providing fact-based analysis and insights

3) Actions to maximize the benefit, or mitigate risks, includes but not limited to advice on the distributor management policy change

4) Following up the actions systematically

2. Field audit

2.1 On-site Distribution Audit to ensure accurate sales information and right distribution fees payment, then ensure distribution fees policy healthy operate.

• Design and customize the most effective audit plan.
• Perform the whole procedure of on-site audit under the tough situation.
• Use multiple audit skills according to complexity on-site situations.
• Be sensitive to any tiny clues to identify potential risks.
• Keep smooth communication with inner and outside stakeholders.
• Timely report the audit results and follow up the cases to the close.
  

2.2 Perform regular desktop audit to analysis the sales trends and fluctuate to identify abnormal sales flows which may indicate potential fraud;
