Task description
–Analyze, comprehend and summarize business processes and requirements.
–Prepare process/technical concepts for implementation
–Explain process/technical concepts in a structured, receiver-oriented way.
–Be responsible to deliver application on time and quality.
–Coordination between business and suppiers technical teams
–Qualify and Consolidate Demands, calculate efforts and costs.
–Collect and evaluate business demands and establish demand management processes.
–Feasibility checks on the demand working closely with suppliers.
–Develop High Level Estimation working closely with the suppliers
–Ensure quality of the deliverables from suppliers that meet Daimler standards
–Ensure persistent infrastructures and professional change management.
–Prepare change and project approval documentation
–Provide inputs to project manager(s) for project plan preparation
–Working in close collaboration with vendor creative team, the backend development team and the business stakeholders on front end solution seeking
–Work closely with the support teams to identify areas of improvement
–Initialize and report to Steering Committees and follow up decisions made
–Ensure the communication among the project members.
–Effectively manage a virtual project team (BU, partner)
–Provide proposals to resolve the customer demands, direct implementation by the development team.
–Understand the value-chains of the Business partners (Internal & External) & serve as facilitator between Business and IT
–Prepare and support business requirement specification process
–Conduct research, data collection, analysis and synthesis to prepare, present and deliver recommendations and solutions to business partner
–Steer the development of solutions that meet business requirements
–As business process advisor, development of business process expertise in which he/she is recognized as experts to facilitate effective communication with Business Partner.
–Supervise and manage and control external supplier deliverables
- Manage multi-IT projects
- Supervise and manage and control external supplier deliverables
- Set-up and maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the project
- Build and maintain the backbone IT infrastructure for the development team to build new high-tech software applications and solutions for the project.These high-tech applications and solutions will always revolve around technical software, often to be combined or integrated with other systems.
- To manage the cost, risk, project scope and responsible for the delivery of the project

Qualifikationen
Education
Experience
-Working experience in multi-national company or multi-cultural environment -Great collaborator who can work with international, internal and external teams to define and implement solutions
Specific Knowledge
-Java -.NET
- University degree in either information science, software engineering or similar qualification
- Additional Certifications over Software competencies preferred
- Master degree or equivalent higher education is a plus
Experience
- At least 7 years of professional experience in fields of IT, including 4 years backend development, 3 years IT Project Management experience
- Experience in WeChat mini-program or WeChat Framework
- Solid experience in building and managing large scale application
- Experience in Microservice and serverless architecture
- Strong knowledge of digitalization topics and use cases
-Working experience in multi-national company or multi-cultural environment -Great collaborator who can work with international, internal and external teams to define and implement solutions
- Great communicator who can communicate his/her technical analysis in non-technical english to senior management
