You will be data person in the team to be the data hub and tool generator. Contributor on business excellence analysis and insights generation. Coordinator with sales teams and other functions /teams on information communication / collection and other internal collaboration.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Data expert in the team to be the data hub and tool generator

• Integrating and sanitizing all the database used, track the changes and maintain the mapping list;
• Building tools / templates to facilitate the data collection/validation;

Contributor on business excellence analysis and insights generation

• Integrated and sanitizing multi-source data to do regular update of dashboard, distributor reports, etc.
• Under the guidance of Sr. sales excellence manager, co-working with other teams in SFE to provide supports on regular review exercise and ad-hoc analysis request;

Coordinator with sales teams and other functions /teams on information communication / collection and other internal collaboration

• Developing effective communication with relevant stakeholders and co-working with team members on coordination of cross-team/dept.collaboration
• Under the guidance of Sr. Sales Excellence manager, supporting sales teams on the navigation of SFE developed tools/ templates and report /policy interpretation;
• Per the requests from Sr. Sales Excellence Manager, collecting and integrating certain information /data from sales team and other functions /teams.

Basic Requirements of the Job:
You should hold Bachelor degree in science, engineer or management major.

You should have:

• 2+ years working experience. Working experience in Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device industry or FMCG is a plus;
• Proved experience in data analysis is a must. Master in excel. Expertise in VBA / Tableau is a plus.
• Good English reading and formal writing skills.
