1. Be responsible for AP - Invoice function and foreign exchange payment documents preparation, ensure the effective arrangement and the compliance with the internal control procedure; provide accurate/timely record of transaction

2. Be responsible for IC function, provide accurate/timely record of transaction including Consignment Stock treatment, GIF treatment and Bonded/Non-bonded warehouse transfer, ensure the accuracy of inventory report and the compliance with the internal control procedure

3. Be responsible for AR function, cooperate with and support the sales team to ensure the timely money collection and the compliance with the internal control procedure; provide accurate/timely record of transaction and prepare relevant reports, i.e. Monthly credit report, customer statement and action plan.

4. Be responsible for CAPEX & FA function, keep separate filing on CAPEX process and payment, ensure all FA is properly managed in compliance with the internal control procedure

5. Be responsible for GL function, do monthly reconciliation on Sub and GL, prepare voucher on GL, e.g. monthly provision, ensure internal controls in place and in compliance

6. Facilitate on annual audit process, including internal & external audit
