主要职责:(基本功能)Principal Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)
? 负责接待来访者;
Provide reception service at front desk by greeting visitors on arrival and directing visitors to their destination;
? 负责接听或转接外部电话;
Responsible for answer the telephone and transfer professionally;
? 协助各项与行政相关的日常工作,如管理办公用品、收发邮件等相关事务;
Assist to day-to-day administrative management, such as office supplies management, receiving and registering all incoming/outgoing posts including express;
? 协助公司合同管理,发票及相关文件的保管工作;
Assist to manage file contracts, invoices and related documentation;
? 协助中外员工居住证、居住许可和工作许可的申请和办理;
Assist to resident permit and work permit application;
? 完成经理布置的其他工作;
Assist the Manager to do other administrative work

? 具有良好的口头表达能力及沟通能力,具亲和力
Excellent oral express and communication ability, with affinity
? 良好的中英文口语及写作能力
Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
? 具有良好的团队合作精神
Good professionalism and teamwork spirit
? 熟练操作办公自动化软件和设备,如Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等
Proficiency in office automation software, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and so on
教育背景 Educational Background
? 专科以上在校生,有一定的英语口语交流能力
College/above student, good command of oral English
