Key Responsibilities/职位描述

  • 业绩达成:制订所管辖客户群的的电商平台开拓计划及目标,落实销售工作,进行追踪考核,实施奖惩措施,达成销量目标。
  • 活动资源分配:根据电商业务发展需求及策略,合理分配所辖客户群内行销资源,保证资源使用的合理性、准确性、及时性;
  • 制定分品类客户生意发展策略,与客户建立长期战略伙伴关系. 熟练制定客户的相关投放计划:媒体,曝光,促销.
  • 客户管理:按计划完成销售和利润指标,完成相关KPI的考核 Sales,ROI
  • 良好的沟通和跨部门协调,确保支持生意平稳运行

(负责客户中粮/每日优鲜及新客户开发)


Qualifications/任职条件

  • 两年或以上客户管理经验并取得良好业绩
  • 良好的人际关系、沟通及影响能力 ;
  • 熟练运用数据分析及Office ;
  • 良好的计划、谈判和协调的技巧
