  • Functional Expertise:
  • Lead future of work at Nike with agile user experiences, through human centric designed services
  • Drive the operating model design for experience delivery through partnership, govern implementation.
  • Lead the partner enablement and activate collaborative partnerships in GEO. Enable local partner team to deliver on agreements, leverage global agreements. Evolve GEO partnership deliverables to meet new user experiences.
  • Drive Operational excellence, drive execute against the standards, guardrails, govern services strategies
  • Budget Planning & Management of all experience related OPEX and CAPEX
  • Seek new opportunities and develop /nurture cross functional partnerships to evolve mobility and flexibility
  • Enable social and organizational collaboration
