Job Description
To bring Inspiration and Innovation to every athlete, by creating and delivering fully immersive workplace experiences and environment
- Functional Expertise:
- Lead future of work at Nike with agile user experiences, through human centric designed services
- Drive the operating model design for experience delivery through partnership, govern implementation.
- Lead the partner enablement and activate collaborative partnerships in GEO. Enable local partner team to deliver on agreements, leverage global agreements. Evolve GEO partnership deliverables to meet new user experiences.
- Drive Operational excellence, drive execute against the standards, guardrails, govern services strategies
- Budget Planning & Management of all experience related OPEX and CAPEX
- Seek new opportunities and develop /nurture cross functional partnerships to evolve mobility and flexibility
- Enable social and organizational collaboration
