Due to recent business growth, Colliers International is looking for an experienced professional for Shenzhen Capital Markets and Investment Services business. Reporting to the head of the department directly, this position will be responsible for assiting in growing and promoting Colliers real estate business, driving and implementing strategic plans of the division and delivering agreed financial targets.

• Assist the head of the department in delivering the Business Plan and Operating Plan in line with corporate/ regional guidelines.
• Assist directors in managing all aspects of clients’ real estate assignments
• Discern trends in the marketplace and make decisions based on available budgets and analysis of risks.
• Maintain and expands clientele base; build and maintain rapport with key clients; identify new business opportunities.
