Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute all HR general activities including recruitment, induction, compensation, employee relations, performance management and employee separation etc.
  • Support to roll out global HR processes and policies in Greater China, involve in global and regional HR projects.
  • Provide HR consulting service to the business leaders in Greater China sales and other functions in the region, provide necessary HR training to managers and employees
  • To be HR contact window for employees in Greater China and handle various questions regarding HR policies, procedures and employee benefits.
  • Maintain employee personal files according to GN global guidelines and comply with internal audit requirements.
  • Support in employee communication and co-ordinate local employee activities or events
  • Follow up other tasks or projects assigned by the immediate manager.

Criteria:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 4-year HR management experience in international company, IT & Hi-tech industry preferred.
  • At least 3-year experience as HR Generalist.
  • Hands-on experience in full spectrum of HR, extensive experience on recruitment is preferred
  • Ability to build up strong relationship with key stakeholders
  • Ability to interact, influence and partner with a diverse team
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, good team player
