Responsibilities:

Product Assortment:

  • Lead the on-going planning, assessment and management of KCP’s eCommerce product and category assortment

  • Leverage data and competitive analysis to identify product assortment gaps and opportunities to the market

  • Launch targeted product offerings with reasonable pricing level & go-to-market plan to drive online sales growth

  • Develop, execute, monitor and continually optimize online product merchandising & product portfolio

  • Monitor and regulate the online product & pricing level of distributors & platforms to make sure the consistence of the conveying messages.

  • Identify and assess packaging optimization opportunities (messaging, branding, shipping readiness, etc.)

  • Work with supply chain to reduce product and packaging related chargebacks from eCommerce distributor partners

  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure consistency in online/offline messaging, branding and packaging design

  • Manage product launch gate process in conjunction with product teams

    Content Creating & Maintaining:

  • Create content that improves the speed and ease of making a buying decision online
  • Work with Category Managers to write & market up product copy and source images
  • Update existing product copy as needed for any relevant product changes
  • Work with digital marketing, eCommerce operation & distributors in keywords advertising
  • Manage the creation and validation of new category/product specification attributes
  • Support large content modification projects such as brand change or category update
  • Investigate content discrepancies

Formatting & Distribution of Content:

  • Validate distributor template and file format requirements
  • Re-format content as needed for uploads
  • Send content to distributors using appropriate templates
  • Manage new product set-up data requests as needed

Content Auditing and Other Tasks:

  • Verify sent content has been loaded correctly
  • Manage the legal claim (ETQ) submission process for eCommerce Content
  • Review distributor websites for best-in-class content gaps

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with product marketing and/or merchandising experience
  • 3+ years of product, marketing or content management experience
  • Proven interpersonal, analytical and project-management skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing Communications, Category, Product Marketing)
  • A demonstrated ability to navigate and perform in large organizations
  • Some knowledge of and/or basic understanding of web-based layout/design programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented and result-driven
