Job Description

Responsibilities:

1.The ability to be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.
2.The ability to work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
3.Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
1.清楚了解部门运营情况,和常客维持良好关系,并与新顾客建立良好关系。
2.与餐饮部总监、行政总厨及副厨师长紧密合作,制定有效的菜单和酒单,确保在合理的价格提供优良的产品。
3.和员工及经历有效沟通,保证参加常规会议,部门之间能够有效的沟通。

Preferred Qualification and Skills

1.College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
2.Two to three years previous experience in multiple food & beverage department head positions.
3.Requires a working knowledge of division operations. Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
4.Requires ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
5.Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
6.Fluent Mandarin speaking, writing and listening is required.
