Job Description

Summary:

This role will be responsible for the development and implementation of training and development projects in NKA to support field sales team to drive the result. Primary focus includes identification of learning and development needs and solutions of NKA customers and our sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform an active consulted role in communication among NKA customers and our sales team, identify learning and development needs and develop training solutions for the different levels/groups , organize the training programs and conduct training delivery.

2. Implement new retail projects or programs to reach the needs of customers and our sales team.

3. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs for further follow up and improvement, focus on how to help our NKA team to drive the sales result as partners..

4. Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestle/local Trade policy, local Trade Terms, Safety and local regulations.


Requirements:

1. At least 6 working years, with at least 3 years in training or human resource related experience.

2. Experience in FMCG company is preferred.

3. Well rounded exposure/Experience in customer development function, new retail area would be considered appropriate.

4. Managing projects/tasks such as organizing activities with trade/ medical/paramedical health professionals on topics related to infant nutrition, products, R&D, etc..

5. Experience in planning, managing & evaluating budgets.

6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and ability to multi-task.

7. Strong analytical and problem solving skill.

8. Strong communication and coordination skills.
