Paragon Partners Asia is currently searching for a HR and Marketing Intern.
An ideal candidate is a fast learner who is both intelligent and resourceful. You should be eager to learn and stay focused on long term tasks.


Responsibilities:
• Revamp website branding
• Initiate and complete marketing projects using social medias such as LinkedIn and Facebook
• Manage internal investor database through Highrise
• Recruit and interview new staff
• Organize and administrate company policy, new staff onboarding.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive work style
• Ability to work independently towards a goal, efficiently managing time and resources.
• Proficiency in business software, esp. Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc

Compensation: Long term internship compensation can be discussed after a trial period
