In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be part of the transforming journey of Philips, reinforcing risk management as a core competency and contributing to Philips’ acceleration in Greater China.

You are responsible for

• Providing legal advice and services to the Philips units in China for both Health Systems and Personal Health as well as support to projects
• The work will concentrate on the legal support for enabling functions and health tech business
• Identifying, prevent and respond to legal and compliance risks
• Training, implementation, and enforcement of the Philips General Business Principles

You are a part of

The Greater China Legal team. You will base in Shanghai, report to Head of Legal, Greater China。

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor in Law with 4 to 8 years' work experience
• International in-house or private practice experience
• Our preferences:
  • solid private practice experience in law firm
  • admitted to the PRC bar
• Good communication skills in Chinese and English
• Strong willingness to grow and highly self-motivated
