OVERVIEW

The role of the In-House Legal Counsel is to support business teams within CDNetworks (an alliance company of ChinaNetCenter) and its affiliated companies to conclude procurement and sales contracts globally, including drafting and/or reviewing and amending the respective legal documents, providing counsel on contract status, legal risks and legal liabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review supplier/customer MSAs, schedules, specific agreements and contracts so as to identify and resolve clauses which may cause operational risks.
• Provide timely legal advice on a wide range of issues arising from CDN / telecommunications operations and company activities, including business, regulatory and compliance matters.
• Draft and establish agreements, contracts and other legal documents upon business and technical team’s requests.
• Doing legal research as requested.
• Any other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.

• 协助海外中心处理涉外法务相关管理及执行工作，尤其是采购、营销合同审核、涉外法律风险防控等相关事宜。
• 配合商务和技术部门进行公司各类合同等法律文书的起草、审查、修改。
• 提供法律咨询和公司经营管理相关的法律信息。
• 对各项法律、法规及合规问题进行法律研究。
• 协助联络外部律师、中介机构。
