销售团队管理：

组织晨会、参与周计划会议；

评估团队的工作效率；

检查业务代表的执行效果；

实地培训；

协同拜访；

提升团队销售效率指标。

售点执行：

检查PTC、PTR；

通过终端生动化工作加强与终端的关系；

寻找在终端展示品牌的机会，并形成计划，上报审批；

加强与TOP ABI和TOP NON ABI终端的联系；

检查TOP ABI POCs销量完成情况和竞争对手表现；

谈判，用合适的产品和价格进入TOP NON ABI POCs。

投资管理：

根据公司要求和市场实际，每月提出促销计划（含买点）；

分解计划至业务代表和具体售点并协助执行，本月结束后提报下月计划前评估上月执行效果；

检查Buy Out POCs执行情况，提出增加/减少Buy Out POCs计划；

完成特殊难点的谈判。
